We offer a variety of JOC construction services including interior renovations, additions, utilities, infrastructure and building repair. Our portfolio reflects a broad range of ground up and remodel projects including schools (grades K-12), restaurants, financial institutions, churches, multi-family residential, hotel, custom retail and more. We maintain a full-time staff of 40-50 skilled tradesmen and laborers. As a result, we are able to self-perform some of the tasks normally delegated to a sub-contractor. This approach saves you time and money. Our crew is experienced in all aspects of the construction process from rough carpentry and iron work to finish carpentry and millwork, including minor plumbing and electrical.
